EverySheep is designed to work standalone or by syncing contact information one-way from a church management system (ChMS). It adds a focused interface and interaction notes, helping you track who hasn’t been contacted recently.

It also gives some basic tools for creating template email and text messages that can be sent personally (not via an impersonal mailing list or SMS notification service).
